Something wrong with your groceries?
We understand.

Fortunately enough, there are always something we can do for you.
So let’s figure out what we can best do to get your heart sing again.

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely and always satisfied with your groceries.
But, we promise to gladly refund your original delivery fee if you are returning an item because of an error on our part.

Upon immediate receipt of your order, please inspect it, and reach out to us if;

  • there is noticeable damage(s) to the groceries,
  • the groceries delivered to you have been sent in error,

… as we start on working and organizing a workable solution for you, which may of course involve a free exchange or replacement order, or a refund.

When your groceries arrives, we recommend you inspect them thoroughly. If there is obvious damage from delivery, we recommend you refuse the delivery. Groceries to be returned must be unused, and must be in clean, original packaging.

In order to return your groceries, you must have an account with us. If you do not have an account, we will not be able to process your groceries return request, and provide you with the correct return address. Once logged into your account, view the groceries order of the groceries you would like to return, and press the ‘Return Groceries’ button to initiate return process.

If product was ordered in error by the customer:

  • You will be charged 15% of the Groceries Order Total.
  • You will be charged a further 20% of the Groceries Order Total for restocking.

Please Take NOTE:
Grocery returns are not available on “Cash on Delivery” orders.

Refund / Return Exceptions:

  • No refunds or exchanges on Special Order Items, Bulk Orders, & /or Clearance items.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalize refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual time frames.

We reserve the right to amend the above at our discretion, and your continued use of Grocery ZM will be deemed acceptance of this Return Policy.
